Natasja Pelgrom

Natasja, with a Dutch mother and Portuguese father is born in Amsterdam and lived in Portugal and Spain for many years. Since her childhood she has the ability of clairvoyance; clear knowing, feeling and hearing. Natasja is trained as a photographer but ended up a business woman in the hospitality, events and fashion industry. She owned multiple companies and had a very diverse and broad career. Within those years she did always study esoteric philosophy, healing, nutrition, spirit and modern-day shamanism.

In 2013, she made a major change in her life. She had enough of the fast passed life style. She started her journey inwards, closed her business, and dedicating herself to the exploration of consciousness. Today she lives as a catalyst of Source energy, supporting the evolution of consciousness by using the ThetaHealing® Technique [3]. ThetaHealing and the remembrance within her Heart helped her to find her freedom. Freedom as in liberating oneself from limiting believes and programs.

Today she is a Holistic Transformational Mentor with 10+ years of experience in counselling, life and business coaching and holistic lifestyle fields. She assists people who are seeking cutting-edge transformational tools so that they can heal themselves from the inside out, achieve optimal wellness, and radiant health and vitality.

Natasja travels extensively through Europe, studying and sharing inner wisdom. She embodies sacred medicine work and she brings aspects of ceremony into all of her offerings. An intuitive healer who creates a powerfully safe space of acceptance. She reminds all who she comes into contact with of their innate power to create their own reality. She has a strong background in working with those suffering from habits and addiction, unresolved trauma, depression, relationship issues, anxiety and stress. She’s also developed psychedelic and retreat integration program and uses nutrition to reminding the body to heal from within.

She holds space as an educator of empowerment and facilitator of many workshops, retreats and sacred medicine journey’s, all supporting the Alignment between gut/mind/heart and the Creative Source of All That Is.

“I feel blessed to be here during this great shift we are experiencing. It has been honor to be a way-shower [4]  through the transition and it wouldn’t be possible if it weren’t for those who guided me. All I create is to help expand our consciousness and a way for you to remember – about our Freedom, Spirit and the Power Within You.”

”Deep within the human heart lies the desire to awaken the medicine within.” ~ Natasja Pelgrom

The Aftermath of Spiritual Ecstasy

We all go through waves of spiritual breakthroughs like. We go on a retreat, workshop, use any form of psychedelics, or through a rough patch where Divine presence and provision becomes all too real. We sense our power in our lives in a tangible way, and we start to feel like, Yes, this is what I’ve been waiting for! Or we have the Death of the Ego which can last for weeks after the intake of sacred medicine. But no matter how much we feel transformed in a spiritual encounter, a transformation that lasts is about what happens next. Spiritual breakthroughs are great—they can open our eyes and deeply shape us. But life can happen too fast for some of us to stay there forever. So we have to learn how to integrate psychedelic experiences like any other retreat or awakening process into everyday life in a way that is helpful and meaningful to the individuals. But how do we do that, and what are the risks, where does the facilitator take responsibility? In all modalities, trainings and personal development programs there is a set of tools and guidelines to take care of individuals pre-and post-sessions etc. The aftermath of a psychedelic experience may throw the old life into turmoil as one seeks new work, activities, friends, a new partner or maybe even physical challenges. Integration workshop; will be giving first-hand integration tools and how to guide participants on intention work and eliminate limiting believes.
